The building was designed for a variety of performance arts including dance, acting and classical music. Studies and sketches made of the movement of the body influenced the fluid, circulating flow of the building. Although a small site, the building includes a well-connected variety of spaces where artists can perform and interact with the public as well as enjoy outside areas and comfortable living spaces.
